Real workflows
Not the polished version they'd put on a resume — the actual version. The tools, the habits, the things they've tried, the things they've quietly stopped doing.
Nobody talks about what actually changed on a Tuesday morning. Hitomi Abiko sits down with working professionals and asks the questions that don't make it into blog posts.

Whatflow?
The show
Everyone's talking about how work is changing. WhatFlow asks a more useful question: what's your workflow?
Hitomi Abiko has always learned by watching how other people work — it's how new tools have found their way into her own. She first heard about Notion in a passing comment from a friend; she tried it, wove it into her workflow, and passed it on to someone whose workflow it's now core to. Word of mouth, one workflow at a time. WhatFlow is that same kind of discovery, turned into a show.
Hitomi runs a creative agency, so flows are her trade — how a design flows for the people using it, how work flows through a team. Each episode, she sits down with a working professional and maps the real flow of their work: the tools, the habits, how AI is or isn't changing things — kinks and pain points included, the parts that never make the highlight reel.
Not the polished version they'd put on a resume — the actual version. The tools, the habits, the things they've tried, the things they've quietly stopped doing.
Designers, engineers, operators, founders, researchers, lawyers, marketers — people doing serious work, with or without AI in the mix.
What broke when they tried something new? What do they refuse to change? We get into the specific decisions behind how people actually work.
